This Is Definitely, Without Doubt The Perfect Winter Exercise Programme
We’ve not had much of a summer, and as winter will be here before we know it, I thought I would share my best winter exercise programme with you.
Winter Exercise Programme – They Have To Be Some Of My Least Favourite Words…
but I think I’ve discovered the secret to getting through those long, dark evenings.
You see, I’ve told you before in my previous post – Exercise – Top 5 Excuses Why We Have No Time that I’m really no fan of exercise, and that would be fine if I was content to be a bigger beauty, but I’m not.
Having spent too much time as a single girl, stocking my fridge with whatever I wanted and eating anything that tempted me I am now prone to putting on half a stone before you can say “cream cake” and one irritating thing about reaching 40 is that your metabolism will start to slow down.
So, if doing some exercise means that you (and me) can still enjoy a little bit of what we fancy then I’ll try anything once, twice if I like it.
So Here You Have It - My Best Winter Exercise Programme
Take 2 Weetabix.
Take a large Aero chocolate bar.
Crumble the Aero over the Weetabix.
And Voila…
AEROBIX!!!
